I hate when this stuff happens; mostly, I hate my mother and the way she functions. She's a hypocritical, judgmental, psychopath bitch who can never find anything good in anyone other than her seventh grade students. Even her own children are more troublesome than the pot-smoking, stuck up little bitches and bastards she deals with every day.

My ideas are too strange.

My friends are never good enough.

Well... I say good effing riddance.

Her opinion has officially stopped affecting me as a person, an artist, and a human being. I don't care what she thinks about what I do, or think, or feel, or who I hang out with or love or hold close. All the people I love the most she puts down, whether they're friends, family, or other precious people. I'm done. Just... done.

And why does she attack my friends? Internal issues. I think she has her own low self esteem. Well, too bad. They don't deserve that crap. They're better than that. That's why they're my friends.

I told her I'm mad at her.
I told her it won't wear off for a while.

It's true.

Ditto, only Amy (I don't consider her my mum) isn't a teacher. Oh no, her "career" is an autoparts delivery bitch. 49, and she earns $7.50 an hour. What ambition, what an inspiration to us all. And she tries to tell us she "is an independant woman" even though her fucked up asshole boyfriend does everything for her if she spreads her legs.

Your mom's on crack.
There is nothing wrong with being yourself even if it's a little different than the norm.
And if you like your friends just the way they are, that's all that matters.
And I've always found the oddness in your art to be absolutely wonderful. ^_^

I know what you're going through, and I know how difficult it is to tell people and to make them understand how it is to live with a mother like that.

Never let her even think about stomping on your creativity. You, strange? Well, at least you're consistant.

I think it's good that you're willing to go against your mother, but that you're not doing it simply on principle. The world could use a lot more people like you.
